Conrad is Back!!

Available exclusively on the Internet: Lord Conrad's Crusade, the seventh in the best selling Adventures of Conrad Stargard series by Leo Frankowski.

Continuing in the tradition of high tech adventure in a medieval world, Conrad goes on vacation and ends up seeing the slave trade from the wrong side of the bars. Of course he escapes -- only to end up an unwilling crusader!

Reviewers have said that this may be the best installment yet in a great science fiction adventure.

I always wondered..

I always wondered why it took so long between books, if it was because they were hard to write, or if you only wrote a new one when you ran low on money..

Thank you for writing new Conrad books!!!

Oh thank God Conrad is back

Leo, my husband and I have read all of Conrad's story... in their first print waiting in between with baited breath to see what happened next Thankyou very much.. We've also devoured everything else we can find done by you; pretty much if it said Leo Frankowski was the author it went to the cash register. I feel like Conrad and all your characters are old friends and I'm so glad we get to "visit" them again. I can't wait. Thanks for the stories, we've passed them on to our daughter and she's passed them on to her friends ....

I love this series!!!

I started reading this back in high school circa 1987 when I visited Bowling Green State University and found it in the college bookstore.
Then later, overseas in the army I ordered the next two or three in the series. After getting out of the army, I found that you had other books and I scarfed those up as well!
Any time I stop in a bookstore I always ask if there is anything new by you. I especially like the boy and his tank series.
It is refreshing to know that you came from Michigan - me being from Ohio. I just recently moved to Los Angeles and looked you up again and found this new book!
I would love it if you had a hard-cover set of this whole series available. In fact, I have only once ever seen one of your books in hard cover!
Needless to say, I love your work and wish you the best with your castle. Please add me to your list if you have one!

Finally!! Conrad is Back!

I initially was handed the first Conrad story (C T Engineer) while on manuvers in the desert in preparation for the continued liberation of our Middle Eastern friends back in 1991. I must have reread that book 4 times in the course of a month camped out under the stars.
Of course, I immediately tracked down anything in writing with Leo Frankowski's name associated with it upon my return to the civilian world. These were devoured in the same manner as the first.
Thank you for providing endless hours of enjoyment while sharing Conrad's journeys and adventures. While I am eagerly awaiting any new stories from his world (time, I suppose, fits better), I reread each Stargard Story at least once a year; my wife has threatened to throw them out as they are in no condition to sit on our bookshelves, but she has been threatened with 6 months at Okoitz' mill stone if she does so.
May the stories never end!
